Patient satisfaction

Here at BAMC, our No. 1 priority is patient satisfaction. Everyone is dedicated to meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations when you come to our hospital.

But we need to know—did we accomplish that on your visit?

After you have been here at BAMC, you may receive a survey in the mail. Please take a few minutes to fill out the opinion survey. It asks about your stay, the service and treatment you received, and what you think we might need to improve.

Your ratings and comments are important, and we take each survey seriously. They are reviewed and compiled by a nationally known research company. The scores and comments are used in staff meetings each month to determine how well we are meeting our goals and what we need to improve upon.

So tell us what you think. What was especially good about your stay? What we could have done better? It won't take long to fill out the form. We also provide you with a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope.
