Dental Insurance: Available for all employees who hold 50% or greater positions. No premium for full-time employees, reasonable premium for part-time employees. Pension Plan: Defined employer contribution. Eligible for enrollment after one year of employment. Partial vesting after 2 years - full vesting after 6 years.
