Sixteen million Americans have been diagnosed with it and more than seven million others don’t even know that they have it. The more you know about diabetes, the better able you will be to control it. Even if you had some diabetes education when you were first diagnosed, the field of diabetes is expanding rapidly. It may be time for an update. Diabetes education should be a continuous process. You may be able to take advantage of new developments or products that could make diabetes management easier.
