Excellence in Nursing
Registered Nurses at Bay Area Medical Center are invited to nominate one of their own for the "Excellence in Nursing" award. The award recognizes the accomplishments of an individual Registered Nurse at Bay Area Medical Center. To access the nomination form click here.
Super HERO Program
Become a BAMC Super HERO (Hospital Employees Reaching Out) for a local organization that you volunteer your time to. For questions about the Super HERO Program please contact Diane Thorne at ext. 3113.
How the Program Works
BAMC employees will track the hours they volunteer for community organizations, and as a result "Doer Dollars" will be earned. These dollars will then be used to make a BAMC cash donation to that community organization. Super HEROS will be recognized at the Annual Recognition Banquet each May as will the groups to which they’ve donated their time and talent.
Golden Ticket
BAMC's success is achieved only through the efforts of every single employee. To assure alignment of all our efforts with BAMC's goals of importance, and to give us the opportunity to recognize individual efforts, we are asking every employee to identify a personal goal that links our 2011 Celebration Targets. Passport Program
The passport program will continue into 2011 with new passport page inserts. Come to the quarter celebration for your new goal and insert! Any questions about the passport program can be directed to Lindsay Callow at ext. 3117.
