BAMC uses a number of advanced technology procedures to help detect heart conditions in patients. Through various forms of testing, technologists and physicians can observe the heart's movement and pumping action; electrical activity; and changes in heart rate, heart rhythm and blood pressure. Images of the heart chambers, valves and surrounding structures can also be produced.
